Until then, we encourage you to get outdoors and enjoy your favorite trails and waterways that the Les Cheneaux area offers. And keep an eye out for upcoming volunteer opportunities with the Fall Classic Bike Ride on October 9, 2021, and word days on the Peek-A-Boo Trail project.

Who we are…
Have you ever visited the northern shoreline of Lake Huron? How about the marsh covered shores of the St Marys River? If you have, you know this area is a hidden gem of the Great Lakes— truly remarkable and unspoiled land with natural beauty permeating everything around.
We are a passionate group of local volunteers who share a love for our local hiking, biking, skiing and other non-motorized trails in the greater Les Cheneaux area. We want to lend our enthusiasm to improvement and maintenance projects on all the trails we love.
OuR Vision…
To see an actively used vibrant set of multipurpose non-motorized trails in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. We envision trails that cater to a variety of interests and allow all to engage with the outdoor world for the purposes of recreation, and improved mental and physical health.
What we do…
Social hikes, educational and kids hikes, outdoor learning classes, work days, trail improvement projects, fixing up existing trails, creating maps and apps, creating new trails, and of course enjoying some local refreshments together after a day out on the trails.
